North West Begins Exciting New Phase in Music Career with Gamma Partnership
12-year-old star has joined an independent label roster alongside her father for her upcoming solo project.
North West is officially emerging from the shadows of her renowned parents and stepping into her own spotlight, reportedly securing a record deal with Gamma.
The 12-year-old daughter of Ye and Kim Kardashian is now associated with the independent music label founded by former Apple executive Larry Jackson.
The latest chatter in the industry indicates that North is currently immersed in studio sessions for her upcoming debut, tentatively titled Elementary School Dropout.
The announcement comes after the triumphant launch of her newest single, “Piercing on My Hand,” which premiered on digital platforms earlier this month under the Gamma label. The track, co-produced by Ye and Will Frenchman, stands as a striking declaration of style for the young rapper.
North responded to her critics and her distinctive way of life in the lyrics, rapping: “Shopping in Japan, that’s where I always stand/ Went to school two days, then I got banned.”
In addition to the music, North is actively establishing the foundation for a more extensive empire. Kim has reportedly transitioned her to a homeschooling curriculum to better manage her increasing workload, which encompasses the creation of a fashion and jewelry line under the brand “NOR11.”
