Ja Rule says that he will “never” meet with 50 Cent and Tony Yayo, and he remains firm in that stance

Following a public apology for a tense incident on an airplane, Ja Rule is emphasizing that peace does not equate to friendship.

The Queens rapper recently had a conversation with TMZ in New York City, where he discussed his conflicts with Tony Yayo, Uncle Murda, and 50 Cent. Despite Ja Rule’s earlier apology regarding his involvement in the viral incident, he stated that he has no intention of addressing the underlying conflict.

Regarding the apology, Ja clarified that his decision was influenced by personal growth.

“At times in life, individuals may find themselves with adversaries, and that’s perfectly acceptable.” It’s perfectly fine to have adversaries. Not everyone can be friends. “A friend of a friend of everyone is an enemy to himself,” he stated. “What I mean is, we don’t necessarily have to be in conflict.” We can coexist without being friends, yet also without being adversaries. That’s my current perspective on the matter. I avoid that aspect. I don’t associate with them; they don’t associate with me. That is acceptable. However, I also don’t need to be in conflict.

Earlier this month, a confrontation occurred on a Delta flight, where Tony Yayo posted a video of himself and Uncle Murda trading insults with Ja Rule. The video rapidly circulated on social media, sparking renewed discussions about their long-standing rivalry.

Shortly thereafter, Ja Rule released an official statement accepting responsibility.

“I’m not proud of my behavior; it seems silly to me,” he wrote. “As a mature man on the verge of becoming a grandfather, I truly wish that video of me wasn’t available for everyone to see.” I apologize to my wife, family, fans, business, and investment partners for any moments when I may have strayed from my true self. At the end of the day, I want everyone to understand that I remain a man, and I will stand my ground. I don’t create conflict.

Currently, Ja Rule states that the objective is clear: no friendship, no conflict, just separation.
