Simba SC and Raja Casablanca are interested in acquiring Super Eagles goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali
Nigeria international goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali is said to be attracting interest from prominent African clubs Simba SC of Tanzania and Morocco’s Raja Casablanca after leaving Chippa United.
The 29-year-old is now a free agent following the mutual termination of his contract with the South African club last week, a decision made at his request after four years with the Gqeberha-based team.
Nwabali’s reputation has grown considerably in recent seasons, with the shot-stopper recognized as one of the leading goalkeepers on the continent.
His reputation was elevated by a remarkable performance for Nigeria at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, where he played a pivotal role in the Super Eagles’ journey.
Nwabali’s experience and recent performance are likely to draw significant interest as he contemplates the next phase of his career.
