The Houston hottie rings in the new year by formally becoming a South Beach business owner and entering the fast food industry.

Officially, Megan Thee Stallion is leaving the charts to work in the kitchen. Although her boyfriend Klay Thompson’s father recently gave her the title of “Megan Thee Chef,” the Houston beauty is demonstrating that her business sense is equally as astute.

Megan marked a significant turning point in her collaboration with the fast-food juggernaut by celebrating the grand launch of her first Popeyes restaurant in South Beach, Miami, on December 31, 2025.

In order to guarantee the success of the launch, the entrepreneur was physically present in addition to simply putting her name on the building. On the last day of the year, Megan greeted her new employees and jumped behind the counter to service the first customer group in person.

She documented the accomplishment on Instagram by posting a video of herself collaborating with the team and urging her followers to support the new company.

Megan’s multi-unit development agreement with the brand, which started with the introduction of her signature “Hottie Sauce” and a specialty chicken sandwich, is what led to its opening.
