Arsenal would not sell Saliba, even if Real Madrid makes a €100 million offer

Arsenal is determined to keep star back William Saliba, even though Real Madrid might make an offer of €100 million.

Diario AS reports that the Gunners are not scared off by Real Madrid’s interest in the 24-year-old French center back, who has become one of the best defenders in the world.

Saliba is an important part of Mikel Arteta’s plan, and his deal runs until 2027. He and Gabriel Magalhães make a strong team, and they helped Arsenal allow only 23 goals in the 2024-25 Premier League season.

Real Madrid sees Saliba and Ibrahima Konate from Liverpool as long-term ways to improve their defense, even though Dean Huijsen just joined.

Arsenal, on the other hand, wants to extend Saliba’s deal so that he can stay with the team after 2027. Saliba is being negotiated a rich deal that could pay him €300,000 a week, making him one of the highest-paid players at the club.
