Taylor Swift Wins Again Against the Accused Baby Mama
Taylor Swift won’t worry about the person she thinks is stalking her for a few more weeks.
The pop star was given an extension to the temporary protection order that was put in place against the obsessed fan last month.
Several stalking cases have been brought against Taylor Swift over the years. In 2018, a trespasser was caught trying to get into her home with multiple guns.
Taylor Swift wants her family and friends to feel safe and cared for.
The singer’s team was able to get Jason Brian Wagner’s protection order extended until July 21.
A person close to the singer said that Swift is very upset about what’s happening but “can’t stress about it more than she already does because she doesn’t want it to consume her.” This came at the perfect time.
The source told The Daily Mail that Swift is aware that she will have to deal with shady people like her stalker, just like some of her coworkers have over the years.
And Swift will continue to do everything she can to make sure that everyone close to her feels safe when they are with her. She trusts the court to help her do this.
Proof of text messages from the stalker were sent by Swift’s team.
The singer’s lawyers made it even harder for the stalker to get close by giving the stalker huge files with photos and text messages sent by Wagner to the singer.
There were several times in the texts where Wagner called Swift his wife. They were sent between 2023 and 2025. He is said to have sent the star a long email this year that read:
“Good morning again, this email is strictly for my wife Taylor Alison Swift, either reproduction or use of this email is not legal; it is solely for her to read, only and for those who need to know.”
He is also said to have sent her another text in January asking to go to the Golden Globes with her because he wants to protect her. According to the insider, dealing with unwanted attention from strangers and stalkers is one of the worst parts of her life and work.
The beautiful singer will have to deal with this, which is a shame, but she needs to find a way to think that the people who are supposed to protect her will do their job.
Last year, the singer’s stalker was said to have shown up on her property.
Wagner apparently broke into Swift’s house three times in 2024, according to The Blast. On one of those occasions, he was carrying a glass container.
He called to say he was checking on a friend and went to her house again without her permission in May. What the stalker did next showed how extreme he was. He also made a big change to his driver’s license by putting Swift’s address on it instead of his own.
The things Wagner did made Swift’s security team mad, so they looked into him. Reports say that the finding proved that he had been in jail before. He talked up fake stories about his relationship with the 35-year-old woman in his texts while he was in jail.
Swift said in her application for a temporary restraining order that she had never met Wagner or been in any kind of contact with him. The pop star asked that he be told to stay at least 100 yards away from her house, office, and car.
Travis Kelce gives Taylor Swift’s special concert for the opening night of TEU a ten.
More exciting news: PEOPLE reported that Kelce came back with a great scoreboard for his partner’s amazing, last-minute performance at the opening night of Tight Ends University.
Kelce talked about this on an episode of his show “New Heights” with his brother Jason Kelce. The player for the Kansas City Chiefs said that they were going to have fun at the event.
He talked about Swift’s past with Nashville, which was home to her when she was younger and a safe place for her to let loose, which she did. Many people say that they thought it would be best for Swift to appear after Kane Brown. In his own words:
“We knew there was a professional like Kane Brown who could just figure it out…” He’s done this a million times. He’s not shy at all. That guy is a real pro.”
According to reports, Swift went up to Brown and told him about the show idea. Brown agreed right away. Within minutes, she taught the bands how to play “Shake It Off.” The NFL star said the show was “pitch-perfect.”
