Beyonce cancels her show because a scary prop malfunctioned
Beyoncé nearly fell out of a flying car during her performance, forcing her to end it.
At the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas, on Saturday, 28.06,25, the 43-year-old singer was performing the first of her two Cowboy Carter gigs when one of her props broke and started to tilt in midair.
A TikTok video of the incident shows Beyoncé sitting atop a red convertible and performing 16 Carriages when it started to lean sharply in the air. She was hanging onto one of the cables that were connected to the car and appeared to be wearing a harness.
The words “Stop, stop, stop, stop, stop” were spoken into her microphone.
The Texas Hold ‘Em singer looked down and up again before grinning at the applauding audience as the music ended.
A few seconds later, she said, “Thank you all for your patience.”
Then, when the car approached the ground, it was lowered and ceased tilting, letting Beyoncé return to her initial position while the lights went off.
After leaving the stage “briefly,” Beyonce came back to complete her performance.
Returning to continue the song, she said to the audience, “If ever I fall.” You guys would definitely capture me.
During her Cowboy Carter tour, Beyoncé had encountered mechanical issues before.
Amidst glittering frames, the former member of Destiny’s Child was spotted searching for her mark prior to the show’s Cozy portion at SoFi Stadium in California last month.
However, video that was posted online revealed that she was unable to see her location as she waited for robotic arms to wrap the frames around her body. She was then compelled to finish her act without getting struck by the robotic props, and she was clearly perplexed.
During the Crazy in Love singer’s performance last month, Blue Ivy, her 13-year-old daughter and a dancer on the tour, stepped in to unhook an earring that nearly got stuck in her hair.
And while Beyoncé was singing Deada** during one of her London gigs last month, her golden chaps fell down, but she simply pulled her dress up and continued to perform.
