‘Some Adequate And Imminent Threats’ To Diddy, According To His Former Bodyguard

One of Diddy’s former bodyguards, Big Homie CC, has declared his intention to depart the nation as his long-awaited sex crime trial draws to a close.

The famous bodyguard claimed to have gotten threats after coming out against Diddy during the rapper’s legal troubles during his appearance on “Piers Morgan Uncensored” on Friday.

According to US Weekly, Big Homie CC informed host Piers Morgan, “due to the situation, the circumstances, I decided that it’s probably best for me to live outside of the States at this point … indefinitely, absolutely.” “There are some adequate and imminent threats to me.”

Big Homie CC went on to discuss his choice, emphasizing that Diddy might be judged not guilty of the sex crime allegations against him and that he would pursue him right away after he is released.

Big Homie CC stated, “He might be out next week.” “I am aware that I will be target No. 1 if he walks, which is okay. You see, I’m accustomed to that and find it somewhat thrilling. It’s what we live for in my line of work, you know.”

According to the celebrity bodyguard, Diddy won’t receive a life sentence.

Big Homie CC mentioned some of the risky situations he had encountered while serving as a bodyguard in another part of the interview, which seemed to indicate why he was taking the threats seriously.

“You know, I’ve been shot, I’ve been stabbed, I’ve been poisoned, I’ve been you name it,” stated the man. “Yeah, people have tried to kill me before, several times.”

Big Homie CC stated that he does not believe his old boss would be given a lengthy term, despite his worries regarding Diddy.

“He may be found guilty on some lesser charges,” he stated. “He could receive a sentence of four or five years, or something similar. I don’t think he should be given a life sentence.

Diddy would have to be proven guilty on the racketeering charge in order to receive a life term. In the meantime, he faces a maximum of 10 years for transportation to engage in prostitution and up to 15 years if found guilty of sex trafficking.

Diddy’s attorney asserted ‘Great Modern Love Story’ was how the rapper and Cassie described their relationship.

Diddy’s legal team attempted once more during closing arguments to persuade the jurors that the rapper’s relationship with his ex-girlfriend Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura was not as violent as the prosecution had claimed.

Defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo told jurors, “It was a great modern love story,” according to E! News. Their relationship is defined by the fact that they are genuinely in love with one another, despite the fact that it is complicated. Its foundation is love.

Cassie had testified against the rapper earlier in the trial, describing the alleged emotional and physical abuse she experienced during the relationship. Additionally, a video of Diddy violently abusing her at a hotel in 2016 was presented as proof.

Agnifilo nevertheless made an effort to convince the jurors that Cassie was not a victim in light of this information.

“Anyone telling you Cassie is the victim, [that] she didn’t see what was coming,” he stated. “She matched him, she was like him, she was at a certain level.”

Diddy’s attorney disputes the allegation that he coerced the accuser into engaging in drug-fueled romps by leveraging housing.

During the closing argument, Agnifilo also made an effort to refute the prosecution’s allegation that Diddy paid for Jane’s house in order to coerce her into his drug-fueled interactions.

According to the BBC, the lawyer contended that the rapper’s actions were merely a “good deed” to assist his accuser, who was living in a “crappy apartment” following her child’s father’s abandonment.

Additionally, he asserted that the accuser chose to attend the hedonistic gatherings because she was attracted to Diddy’s fame and fortune.

According to Agnifilo, the male escorts in question were compensated “for their time,” and there was no proof that any “negotiation” for cash in exchange for sexual activities had taken place.

In his trial, the rapper chose not to testify.

The trial of Diddy, which has been going on for over six weeks, is almost over. Jury deliberations are scheduled to start on Monday, June 30 after closing arguments.

Diddy, 55, stood in court earlier this week on Tuesday, June 24, and took a moment to express gratitude to Judge Arun Subramanian for his efforts throughout the trial.

His words were, “I wanted to tell you thank you,” according to Us Weekly. “You’re doing an awesome job.”

The disgraced billionaire acknowledged at the same hearing that he had fully discussed with his attorneys why he had decided not to testify.

He said, “That is my decision, your honor,” to the judge. “That is solely my decision.”
