Andrew Tate and his brother are charged by the UK with a number of crimes, including human trafficking and rape

Tristan and Andrew Tate will be extradited after their case in Romania is resolved. They were charged in the UK.

Due to a slew of heinous crimes involving several women, Andrew and Tristan Tate are currently being prosecuted in the UK.

The Crown Prosecution Service revealed the allegations on Monday. The charges include human trafficking, rape, and serious bodily injury.

Andrew, 38, is currently connected to three alleged victims and ten different accusations. Eleven allegations against his 36-year-old younger brother Tristan are connected to a single woman. The alleged offenses were committed from 2012 to 2015. Both guys have refuted all of the charges.

The charges come after a Bedfordshire Police investigation, which they turned over to UK authorities.

In 2024, a European Arrest Warrant was issued for the brothers, and their extradition was later authorized by a Romanian court. That cannot, however, occur until their lingering legal problems in Romania are settled.

“We can confirm that we have authorized charges against Andrew and Tristan Tate for offences including rape, human trafficking, controlling prostitution, and actual bodily harm against three women,” in a statement outlining the next steps, a CPS representative said. These charges were made when Bedfordshire Police provided a dossier of evidence. Andrew and Tristan Tate were ordered to be extradited to the UK by Romanian courts in 2024 after an English European Arrest Warrant was issued. Nonetheless, Romania’s internal criminal cases need to be resolved first. Criminal proceedings are ongoing, and the accused are entitled to a fair trial, the Crown Prosecution Service reminds everyone. It is crucial that no reporting, discussion, or information sharing occur online that would in any way sway these proceedings.

Because of their alleged behavior toward women and their internet presence, the Tates have been under scrutiny for a long time.

Pressure is still mounting as a result of numerous court cases pending in two nations. They are anticipated to be extradited to the UK after Romanian judicial proceedings are over.
