Miley Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus Are Nearing “Full Healing”

The “Achy Breaky Heart” singer and his well-known daughter were thought to have been at odds since he divorced her mother, Tish Cyrus, three years ago, but things are starting to get better between them, and Billy Ray is incredibly “proud” of Miley.

He said, in part, in an Instagram post titled “Reflecting”: “I don’t usually comment on rumors, but today… I tell you the truth.

“I’m so proud of Miley’s bravery and guts. When our family most needed it, her courage and wisdom came through. 

“Complete healing is very near. All of us have experienced a great deal.

“As I still firmly believe in the efficacy of prayer, I humbly ask that you do the same and offer an additional prayer for the Cyrus family.”

Furthermore, Billy Ray, 63, acknowledged that he wasn’t a “easy” person to be married to and commended his ex-wife as a “strong mother” in spite of the conflicts between him and Tish.

“Tish Cyrus was and is the epitome of a strong mother,” he wrote.

Believe me, I’ll be the first to say that it wasn’t easy to be married to me. I’m really adept at making errors. A man with many flaws.

Fortunately, my mother also taught me that “life is a series of adjustments” at some point.

Days prior to her tweet, the country music artist had mentioned that, in spite of the “challenges” in their ties over the years, she and her father had been constructing “bridges.”

On her Instagram Story, the “Wrecking Ball” singer stated: “Over the years, my dad and I have faced our share of difficulties.

I’m in my 30s now, and my family comes first. Knowing that bridges have been constructed and that time has done a great deal of healing has given me serenity.

Additionally, Miley, 32, denied rumors that she and her mother Tish had a falling out when the 57-year-old podcaster seemed to unfollow her on Instagram.

“I rarely comment on rumors, but my mama and I are too close for anything to ever get in the way of us,” she wrote.

She is my closest pal. She unfollowed me, which is straightforward, coincidental, and uninteresting, and she doesn’t know how to use her phone as many mothers do.

Tish also stated that after a fan pointed it out to her, she unfollowed the “Flowers” singer by accident.

On the social media site, she posted: “I didn’t. I have no idea what happened. I’m not sure how that occurred, but it’s now repaired [pink heart emoji].

Tish, who has overseen Miley’s career since she rose to stardom as a teenager on the television show “Hannah Montana,” went on to say that she and her daughter are still “close.”

In a another post, she stated: “Miley and I are closer than ever, and I would never unfollow her. For a period. @mileycyrus, little [heart] emoji.
