Tiny claims that before he died, the legendary B.I.G. apologized for his “ugly” rap line about Xscape
“I’m really ugly. You’re all very kind, and I just wanted to say I’m sorry.”
Before the rapper was killed, Tiny Harris disclosed that Notorious B.I.G. apologized to her for an inappropriate rap lyric regarding Xscape. The two talked about how they were called aside for the Brooklyn rapper’s atonement in an interview with Kandi Burruss on The Morning Hustle.
Kandi reflected, “That was something that did happen.” The music was heard by everyone. I am not as forgiving as the girls. And I still feel horrible about it. We were at that party on the day Biggie died. Biggie expressed regret. I wouldn’t approach this place.
“I was just like, ‘I’m going to see what he’s talking about,'” Tiny recalled. Additionally, he was really kind and remorseful, essentially saying, “I don’t know what I was thinking.” I’m really unattractive. You’re all very kind, and I just wanted to say I’m sorry.” After I returned and informed Kandi, he passed away, most likely 20 to 30 minutes later.
The circumstances of that fatal night have already been recounted by the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star.
According to Boombox, she explained in 2009, “I was really mad about it when Biggie dragged us out on his song.” “The problem with it was that we [were] not into all the cosmetics and the beauty stuff back then because we had that hip-hop tomboy image when we were young. I thought it was a little unfair of him to harass us in that way.
She went on, “I think Tiny ran into him when she was out and about, and he was expressing regret to her for what he had said about us.” “I feel awful. I feel awful. You should never truly harbor resentment because of this.
The well-known rapper famously rhymed, “I’ll put Chanté Moore pu**y in stitches/ I’ll f**k RuPaul before I f**k them ugly-a** Xscape bi**hes,” in his 1994 track, “Just Playing (Dreams).” The game-changing tune wasn’t on the initial edition of Ready to Die, despite being released as a promotional music.
Throughout their careers, artists such as Young M.A., Lil Kim, and Nicki Minaj have all attempted their own renditions of the song.
