The Chinese government has approved a new nuclear power plant project in eastern Zhejiang

Premier Li Qiang chaired a meeting on Sunday that resulted in the approval of the Sanmen nuclear power plant’s phase 3 project in the eastern Zhejiang province, according to state media CCTV.

According to CCTV, the meeting also approved a draft law on medical security in China, which aims to enhance the nation’s medical supply regulations and infrastructure.
