Vice-President of Galatasaray: “We want him to stay with us”

Ibrahim Hatipoglu, the vice president of Galatasaray, is optimistic that Victor Osimhen would remain with the team despite interest from teams like Manchester United, Chelsea, and Arsenal.

The Nigerian striker has been hitting goals for the Turkish powerhouses this season while on loan from Napoli at Galatasaray. Hatipoglu expects the 26-year-old will remain with the team for the foreseeable future, despite Osimhen’s recent suggestion that the 2024–2025 season might be his final one.

According to Footballtransfers, Hatipoglu told AS, “His words don’t mean he’s leaving.”

He declared that Galatasaray would always hold a special place in his heart, even if he were to leave in the worst situation.

However, he made no mention of departing. We desire that he remain with us.
