Plaintiffs in the case claimed that LeBron and his son were at fault for owning and operating a car that was involved in the collision, which caused them to sustain injuries and sustain losses.

The athletes reportedly caused April and Kiara to sustain personal injuries that left them physically unable and in constant pain. They also stated that April’s car had sustained serious damage and that they had to pay for medical bills for their care.
