Prince Harry’s humanitarian trip to Ukraine includes visits to wounded war victims
Prince Harry reiterated his sympathy for injured veterans during a visit to a rehabilitation facility in Ukraine for war victims.
As part of his continued efforts to assist injured veterans, Prince Harry met with war victims in Ukraine, a spokesperson revealed Thursday.
The Superhumans Center, a specialized orthopedic clinic in Lviv, western Ukraine, which offers treatment and rehabilitation to wounded military personnel and war-affected civilians, was visited by the Duke of Sussex. Harry visited with Ukrainian Veterans Affairs Minister Natalia Kalmykova, as well as patients and medical personnel.
personnel of the Invictus Games Foundation, a nonprofit he formed to benefit injured service personnel through sport, were with Harry, who spent ten years in the British Army and made two tours in Afghanistan.
His trip to Ukraine comes after he traveled to London earlier this week to attend a court hearing over modifications to his security arrangements in the UK. Prince Harry, his wife Meghan, and their two kids have lived in California since he left his royal duties in 2020.
Harry’s continuous dedication to helping injured veterans and those impacted by war around the world is demonstrated by the trip.
