Trump’s Trust in Business Leaders Is Declining Bill Ackman Issues a Warning 

Bill Ackman, a multibillionaire investor, claims that important business executives are becoming less trusting of President Trump.

Bill Ackman, a billionaire fund manager who formerly supported Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, has cautioned that the president is losing the trust of business executives and has to think about halting the current trade war.

In a post on X, Ackman made the comments and asked Trump to refrain from intensifying trade conflicts. He suggested that trade conflicts be settled through discussion, saying, “The president has an opportunity to call a 90-day time out.”

“If, on the other hand… we launch economic nuclear war on every country in the world, business investment will grind to a halt, consumers will close their wallets and pocketbooks, and we will severely damage our reputation with the rest of the world that will take years and possibly decades to rehabilitate,” he warned, warning against pursuing more aggressive measures.
