The Estefans, Jay-Z, and LeBron James deny seeing a Diddy “freak-off” during Christian Combs’ birthday celebration

Attorney Alex Spiro calls the claim “nonsensical,” claiming that Jay-Z was never in Florida.

A startling lawsuit claiming Jay-Z of seeing unsettling things during a 2015 party hosted by Christian Combs, the son of Sean “Diddy” Combs, is being fiercely contested by the rapper’s legal team.

Manzaro Joseph, a resident of Florida, filed the lawsuit, alleging that he was drugged, beaten, and humiliatedly paraded during a party at a Miami house that he referred to as a “freak-off.” According to the lawsuit, Gloria Estefan, LeBron James, Beyoncé, and Jay-Z all allegedly saw the upsetting incident.

Alex Spiro, Jay-Z’s lawyer, isn’t holding back, though. “Mr. Carter wasn’t in Florida at the time to witness this incident—he was engaged in easily findable public activities that prove he wasn’t at this event,” Spiro said in a statement to TMZ. This is just more bullshit that undermines confidence in our “justice” system.

Spiro’s assertion is supported by public records. On April 1, 2015, Jay-Z was in New York for a significant Tidal launch event, while the alleged incident allegedly happened in Miami.

The lawsuit’s other identified celebrities have also denied any involvement. The property in question is a family home that was never utilized for parties between 2012 and 2019, according to a spokesperson for Gloria and Emilio Estefan. “We will present all required documentation to the court to substantiate these facts,” their team stated.

In response, LeBron James’ team strongly denied the accusations. The charges are “demonstrably false and not even worth addressing,” a representative told TMZ. LeBron was occupied with playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA playoffs at the period in question.

“No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story,” Diddy’s legal team said in dismissing the complaint.

Joseph claims in the lawsuit that LeBron James shouted, “Y’all better do something about that!” and that Diddy made offensive remarks like, “He’s gonna find out what we do to snitches tonight.” However, the bombshell claims are not supported by any public records or statements made by the celebrities involved.

As of right now, the stars’ legal teams are in agreement that this case is unfounded and detrimental to the court system.
