Diddy’s explosive lawsuit alleges that the rapper told him to hold emission in his mouth “like a squirrel”

As his legal issues continue, Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing shocking accusations in a recently filed sexual assault complaint.

According to the photographer, the rapper threatened to ruin his career if he didn’t comply with his demands to engage in oral sex while they were working on a commercial.

In addition to being accused of sexual abuse twice before his May trial, Sean “Diddy” Combs reportedly showed up in court earlier this month looking fat.

Diddy Faced With Fresh Claims Of Sexual Assault

A recent court filing by a photographer, according to TMZ, describes horrific allegations of sexual assault, including forced oral sex, along with purported threats of endangering the accuser’s career.

According to the lawsuit, Diddy offered the photographer a chance to join him in a trailer, suggesting that this could lead to a professional development.

However, he soon discovered that the meeting wasn’t like that when they were alone, as Diddy began to remove his pants and make sexual attempts.

The accused asserts “If you suck right, I’ll make your career take off,” Diddy assured him, claiming that the founder of Bad Boy Records threatened to ruin his career if he didn’t have sexual relations with him adequately.

Under the threat of coercion, the photographer, who claims to be a straight man, complied with the rapper’s order and had oral sex with him.

“Like A Squirrel,” Diddy allegedly instructed his accuser to hold his s-men in him.

He was instructed to hold Diddy’s s-men in his mouth “like a squirrel” as he climaxed, the anonymous accuser continued in the court records.

The rapper “Bad Boy For Life” threatened to attack him physically if he didn’t follow his instructions.

Following Diddy’s eviction from the trailer, he says he was forced to return to his job, “grappling not only with the trauma of the situation but with the knowledge that he had Combs’ semen on and inside of his body.”

The photographer claims he has endured unimaginable emotional and mental suffering and trauma since the alleged incident and that he never heard from Diddy again.

For sexual battery, he is suing the rapper and demands damages.

In their latest statement, the rapper’s attorneys maintain his innocence.

Diddy’s attorneys have responded to the accusations by assuring the public that he is innocent of all charges and accusations, including those made by anonymous accusers.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed—especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims—it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor,” Diddy’s legal representatives told TMZ.

We live in a world where anyone can sue for any cause,” they said. Thankfully, a fair and unbiased legal system is in place to uncover the truth, and Mr. Combs is certain he will win any legal battle.

Diddy has spent September in jail.

Following his arrest on September 16, the “Finna Get Loose” rapper is presently incarcerated at the infamous Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center and has repeatedly been refused bail.

He faces accusations of sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution-related transportation.

His hearing in New York earlier this month resulted in a one-week postponement of his trial, which was originally scheduled to start on May 5.

Arun Subramanian, a federal judge in Manhattan, stated that jury selection will commence on May 5 but that his trial would begin on May 12 with the hearing of opening statements.

Diddy might be imprisoned for up to life if found guilty on the primary charge, with a required minimum of 15 years.

A judge dismisses Diddy’s five charges.

As everything was going on, Diddy appeared to win a $30 million lawsuit against him.

The rapper was sued by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a former coworker who said the troubled artist groomed, mistreated, and took advantage of him while they were working together.

Judge J. Paul Oetken of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York has now filed a 31-page decision dismissing some of the accusations Lil Rod filed against Diddy.

The judge dismissed the racketeering charge and the breach of contract claim, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The latter cited Lil Rod’s allegations that he was cheated out of $50,000 in payment, royalties, and publishing shares for his work on Diddy’s “The Love Album: Off the Grid.”

Along with a different cause of action pertaining to the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, three more claims pertaining to the infliction of emotional distress were also turned down.

The order also chastised Tyrone Blackburn, Jones’ lawyer, calling his actions in relation to the request “unsettling.”
