
Channing Tatum, the star of Magic Mike, will not be playing “fat roles”
“Won’t be doing any more fat roles,” says Channing Tatum.
The 44-year-old actor has revealed on social media the physical makeover he underwent for the upcoming thriller “Josephine.” Channing has stated that he has no plans to gain weight for any prospective roles in movies.
Channing posted a number of topless photographs to Instagram along with the caption, “We back up! LOL. Today 205 is the first picture. The second image, 235, is for the film Josephine. then proceeded to the third image, which is 172 for the film Roofman. I’m really appreciative of my genes. Thank you to my cook, nutritionist, and witch.
Thank you to my trainer. Without you guys, I wouldn’t be able to make these significant weight fluctuations. However, I will no longer play obese characters. It’s too difficult to remove right now and too taxing on the body. But wow, these pictures show me what the human body and will are capable of. (sic)
Channing has already acknowledged that he struggles to maintain his best physical condition.
The movie star also said that she admires those who “work a nine to five” and still manage to maintain their physical fitness.
“I don’t know how people that work a nine to five actually stay in shape because it’s my full-time job and I can barely do it,” Channing stated in February 2022 during an appearance on “The Kelly Clarkson Show. However, you have to consume everything at precisely the proper moment and work out twice a day. It’s a certain thing.
In order to prepare for the “Magic Mike” films, Channing started a demanding exercise regimen, although the actor admitted that it’s “not even healthy.”
