Tina Knowles criticizes Kanye’s “Ignorance” after he launched an unprovoked online tirade against Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s twins
Tina Knowles is always willing to stand up for her family in public, and she is doing just that after Kanye West’s most recent tirade included some horrifying remarks about her grandchildren.
The matriarch of the Knowles family apparently reacted when the rapper launched an unwarranted tirade on X, attacking her grandchildren, the 7-year-old twins Sir and Rumi.
In the face of ignorance and evil, it’s challenging to maintain composure and style. The 71-year-old posted a video of herself making a “corny joke” on Instagram on Wednesday, captioning it, “But I know that no weapon formed against me or my family shall prosper.”
“This battle is not mine, but the Lords, I know that God has this,” she added in her caption.
Regarding the cheesy joke in the video, many fans believe Knowles might be criticizing Kanye for allegedly using cocaine, which may be the source of his outbursts on social media.
“When a snowman has a tantrum, what happens?” In the video, Tina asks. “He loses his mind.”
Tina’s reaction follows the Yeezy designer’s odd tirade on Tuesday, March 18, in which he questioned the mental competence of Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s youngest children. After implying that the twins’ lack of fame is due to health concerns, he deleted the tweet and insisted that he didn’t do it out of regret or a desire to be “a good person.”
He said, “I wanted everyone to know that I removed the post about Jay Z and Beyoncé’s family … because there was a chance my Twitter account would be terminated [sic].”
Ye didn’t exactly apologize for the terrible things he said, but he subsequently acknowledged that he felt “bad” about the unjustified attack on the couple’s kids.
He then wrote, “I love Jay Z AND I DO FEEL BAD.” “In this song, I always felt like the Black sheep, as if I wanted family.”
Although Beyoncé and Jay-Z are under no obligation to reveal their kids to the public, it’s understandable that they would prefer to keep their twins’ lives more private given the amount of public attention their 13-year-old eldest daughter, Blue Ivy, has received.
Jay-Z discussed the progress his daughter has made since joining her mother on stage during the Renaissance tour, as well as the criticism she has encountered, in a 2023 interview with Gayle King for CBS Mornings.
According to Page Six, he stated, “With Blue, what makes me super like, proud and like, you know, I still get goosebumps seeing her walk on stage is ’cause Blue’s been born into a life she didn’t ask for.” Since her birth, she has been under constant scrutiny, in the public eye, and everyone has an opinion about her. Even a young girl and the way she maintains her hair, you know.
Jay then claimed that the teen’s performance of “My Power” on tour with Beyoncé allowed her to “reclaim her power.”
At the time, he remarked, “And then watching her grow in it.” “You know, she’s nervous because she came out in front of 80,000 people and she’s only eleven.”
