Jonathan Majors confesses to strangling his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari in new audio

More details of Jonathan Majors’ altercation with his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari are emerging from unearthed recordings.

New audio has provided fans with even more details about the events of the disastrous night the former Marvel actor was detained, following his attempt to return to Hollywood.

In a previously unpublished audio tape that Rolling Stone was able to secure, Majors confessed to killing his ex-girlfriend. The site claims that the chat was acquired following a days-long altercation in September 2022 between Majors and his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari.

The actor from Creed III apparently lost his temper while filming the second season of the Disney+ series Loki in London, where he lived with Jabbari. Jabbari filed a since-resolved civil case in April alleging that Majors strangled her, dragged her back into their house, and shoved her into a car.

The audio recording shows Jabbari confronting Majors in the days that follow the purported attack.

“I regret that I’ve ever—” Majors starts, then stops himself. “I have never before [acted] aggressively toward a woman. I have never abused a woman; instead, I abused you.

Jabbari explains, “You pushed me against the car and strangled me,” something Majors does not dispute.

“Yes, all of those items fall under the category of “aggressed.” He answers. “I’ve never experienced that.”

“Because, in your opinion, I said something sarcastic?” Jabbari disputes his logic.

Majors states, “Obviously, it’s more than that.”

“Something within you,” Jabbari answers.

Before the recording concludes, Majors adds, “Yeah, towards you.”

Majors was convicted of third-degree reckless assault and harassment during his criminal trial in 2023. This occurred after a separate altercation between the couple in question occurred in New York.

For allegedly assaulting Jabbari, who suffered a cut to the back of her ear and a shattered finger, Majors was taken into custody in March 2023. Majors maintained that Jabbari was the aggressor in that event during the trial.

The two more serious charges—intentional assault and aggravated harassment—were dropped against him.
