As Trump draws them closer, the EU promises South Africa 4.7 billion euros
During a visit to South Africa on Thursday, European Union leaders unveiled a 4.7 billion euro ($5.10 billion) investment package, at a time when their relationship with the United States is worse than it has been in decades.
