Odell Beckham Jr. and Druski React After Being Listed in the Revised Diddy Lawsuit
Odell Beckham Jr. and comedian Druski have responded quickly to rumors that they are listed in an amended lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Reports state that Beckham Jr., vocalist Jaguar Wright, Druski, and real name Drew Desbordes were all named as defendants in the Northern District of California complaint.
Ashley Parham sued Diddy in October 2024, claiming the music mogul was responsible for Tupac Shakur’s death and that she was drugged, abducted, and beaten by several people. According to reports, she added Druski and Beckham Jr. to the case earlier in March.
Druski Addresses Lawsuit
Druski strongly denied any involvement as news of the modified lawsuit made headlines.
In a statement posted on X, he described the accusation against him as “a fabricated lie.”
“This accusation is a falsehood,” the content producer started. The inclusion of my name is absolutely absurd because, in 2018, I was not a well-known person; I was living with my mother in poverty and had no ties to the entertainment world.
Odell Beckham Jr. is certain that Druski’s and his names will be lifted.
Druski stated, “My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I’m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives.”
In response to Druski’s statement, Beckham Jr. said he was confident that both his and the latter’s names would be cleared.
“Boy,” he wrote. Let me inform you. This reality is completely nonsensical. God has me covered. He’ll win. Keep your head up; I know who you are and who I am. We’ll clear that name. It’s incredibly dumb.
Ashley Parham’s Diddy lawsuit
Parham filed a lawsuit in October, alleging that Diddy had sexually assaulted her after she alleged he was involved in Tupac Shakur’s demise.
She allegedly shared her opinions on the music producer’s suspected role in the death of the deceased rapper with a buddy of Diddy that she met at a bar.
After that, the individual informed Diddy, who allegedly lured her to meet him in retaliation. She said she was raped by the rapper and that other people who were there participated in the assault.
According to Parham, she was sexually assaulted “until eventually she had no control over her body nor could she move her body.”
News of Parham’s updated lawsuit was posted by NFL insider Dov Kleiman, who wrote, “Awful: The Jane Doe alleges that Odell Beckham Jr. and Druski were involved in serious crimes, claiming she was drugged, kidnapped, and raped while being physically outnumbered.”
The authenticity of Diddy’s amended lawsuit is questioned.
Social media was buzzing with activity when news of Parham’s modified lawsuit made headlines, and many internet users shared their opinions.
Some questioned the veracity of the stories, while others offered their opinions on Druski and Beckham Jr.’s guilt or innocence in the case. According to some, the information came from a public source that was an official government document.
X account In a subsequent article, MLFootball stated, “The quote and accusations from above are from a document that was obtained from publicly available sources and appears to be an official government record.”
They continued, “The local court and attorneys involved have not yet confirmed its full authenticity and details.”
“Crazy that you guys are promoting fake stuff you can literally copy and paste the name and address of that place nothing comes up,” wrote an X user in a comment on the page.
As one perceptive X user put it, “I don’t believe it’s real. I have never witnessed a court use a defendant’s nickname rather than their official government name. Defendant Druski: “Lol, that must be phony.”
Diddy’s Latest Legal Issues
News of Parham’s revised complaint, whether accurate or not, coincides with Diddy’s recent legal setbacks.
As part of his criminal prosecution, the imprisoned music producer is facing new charges of “forced labor.”
Prosecutors recently asserted that he and his colleagues coerced workers into working under threat of financial, psychological, and physical injury.
The rapper is still in jail as his attorneys argue that he is innocent despite already being charged with sex trafficking and racketeering.
Attorney Anthony Ricco abruptly withdrew from Diddy’s defense, alleging ethical issues, which caused Diddy to suffer a setback.
In spite of this, Diddy recently won a matter in court when one accuser backed out. The date of his trial is set for May 5.
A Remark from the Legal Team of Mr. Combs
For context, Combs sued lawyer Ariel Mitchell for defamation in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on January 22, 2025 (Burgess and NewsNation).
Jimmy Lee, a spokesman for the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department, stated that “a report was taken” on March 23, 2018, the relevant date, in relation to this matter.
“We take these cases seriously, and detectives thoroughly investigated the accusations,” Lee stated. “It was later determined the claims were unfounded.”
