Juventus is already getting preparations for the potential exit of Thiago Motta

Even if the Italian media says he still has time to improve, there are high expectations, and finishing in the top four might not be enough to keep him employed.

Juventus has already identified four possible replacements in case they decide to split ways with Motta, according to Tuttosport. Antonio Conte is one of them; he has a strong bond with the team.

Other contenders are Roberto Mancini, who just apologized for his brief time with Saudi Arabia, Igor Tudor, and Piero Gasperini of Atalanta. When Juventus plays Hellas Verona on March 3, Motta will need to respond forcefully to reduce the mounting pressure.
