Kim Kardashian Takes on the Role of Mother to North West

Kim Kardashian “had no intention of becoming a mother for another ten years.”

The 44-year-old celebrity is presently overseeing the career of her daughter North, who is 11 years old. However, Kim is taking a different tack than her own mother, Kris Jenner.

“I really wasn’t planning on being a momager for, like, another ten years,” the brunette beauty, who also kids Saint, nine, Chicago, seven, and Psalm, five, with ex-husband Kanye West, stated on the most recent episode of “The Kardashians.”

Kim then made a joke about how Kris handles business.

The reality star, who wed Kanye from 2014 till 2022, joked: “But guess what? This manager refuses to accept ten percent.

The 69-year-old Kris has supervised her children’s professions and infamously keeps 10% of their income.

Kim previously said that she is “really conflicted” over her daughter’s successful profession.

Additionally, the SKIMS co-founder acknowledged that North’s abrupt ascent took him by surprise.

She stated on “The Kardashians”: “I used to think I was busy. I can’t believe I’m her mother right now, North. It simply wasn’t on my list. My bingo card for this year did not have it.

In addition to appearing on Kanye’s “Talking / Once Again,” North played the role of Young Simba in a 2024 production of “The Lion King.”

It has also taken more time than Kim anticipated to oversee North’s career. She revealed: “I have to be there all day if she has a shoot, so it’s either her or me.”

Kim also acknowledged that she has been having trouble striking a good balance lately.
