Ne-Yo discusses dating three women and claims that the haters don’t bother him

Ne-Yo “doesn’t care” what his polygamous relationship is perceived as.

The singer of “Miss Independent” is dating three women: social media models Bella and Phoenixx Feather, influencer Arielle Hill, and another woman. Although he has been criticized for the situation, the 45-year-old performer, whose actual name is Shaffer Smith, isn’t very worried.

“They said, ‘Neyo, we don’t approve of your poly relationship,'” he posted on his Instagram story.

Ne-Yo replied by posting a happy selfie while sporting a black-and-white t-shirt with the words, “Fun fact: I don’t care.”

When the “So Sick” hitmaker was photographed holding hands with Arielle and Bella on the beach in July 2023, following his divorce from Crystal Renay, he ignited allegations that he was in a polyamorous relationship. The following year, he acknowledged that he was dating both of them in addition to Phoenixx.

Furthermore, even though Ne-Yo has acknowledged that he supports the legalization of polygamy, he has no plans to advocate for it because he is not engaged.

“I feel that in the realm of love and romance, let people do what they want to do as long as it’s not hurting anybody,” he told TMZ when asked if he believed that those in polygamous relationships should be allowed to marry both of their spouses. Yes, why not?

“To be honest, I don’t need the government to tell me what I can and can’t do when it comes to my personal life,” he said when asked if he would go and petition the government to modify the legislation.

The musician, 45, stated that he will not be “recommending” his predicament to others.
