Kevin Durant of the Suns is the subject of speculation as the trade deadline approaches

Star forward Kevin Durant was labeled as questionable on the Phoenix Suns’ injury report for Wednesday’s road game against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday, just as trade speculations were starting to gather traction.

According to reports, Durant is being courted by the Houston Rockets, Dallas Mavericks, and Golden State Warriors before the trade deadline on Thursday.

Durant scored 27 points and played a season-high 46 minutes in Monday night’s 121-119 overtime defeat to the Portland Trail Blazers for Phoenix. It appears that throughout the competition, he hurt his left ankle.

The Suns’ second consecutive defeat in Portland, however, and the fact that Phoenix is only one game ahead, is what hurt the most.Five hundred.

Other clubs now view the struggling Suns as sellers, and rumors have it that the Warriors made an offer for Durant, reportedly pursuing players like Jonathan Kuminga and Draymond Green. Durant has already won two NBA championships with Golden State.

In the aftermath of the Luka Doncic to Los Angeles transaction that acquired Davis from the Lakers, the Mavericks are said to want a Big Three of Kyrie Irving, Anthony Davis, and Durant. Durant and Irving were formerly Brooklyn Nets teammates.

The Rockets may view Durant as the seasoned addition they require in order for their young, gifted team to have a successful postseason run. Houston has plenty of first-round draft selections to give in addition to young players.

Durant, 36, is 26 points shy from being the eighth player in NBA history to reach 30,000 points in his career. He has been selected to the All-Star team 15 times.

Bradley Beal, the guard for the Suns, hasn’t renounced his no-trade clause, so it looks like he’s sticking put.
