Jim Jones Acknowledges That Ma$e Taught Him “How To Rap” In Clips Shared By “It Is What It Is” Podcast
Jim mentioned Ma$e’s treatment of Cam’ron before to their reconciliation, which prompted the post.
Cam’ron and Ma$e have responded to Jim Jones’ recent remarks about them on their It Is What It Is Instagram page. In a recent post, the pair reminded followers of Jones’ earlier compliments about the “Feel So Good” rapper for teaching him “how to rap.”
posted to the Instagram Stories of the podcast The re-shared video from @masetelevision on Thursday night, January 9, has multiple snippets of the “Ballin'” musician praising his fellow Harlemite as the MC who taught him how to rap. However, it should be mentioned that in the sixth clip, Jim says, “I ain’t giving him flowers, fk that nia,” in response to Talib Kweli’s attempt to thank Jones for giving Ma$e “his flowers.” This suggests that there were still unsolved conflicts between the two, even though Jones was able to appreciate Ma$e’s contribution to his progress. After Jones admitted to Justin Laboy in a recent interview that he “watched Ma$e sh*t on Cam” during their since-resolved feud, the podcast’s social media page reposted this message along with a number of others. Jones further asserted that the former Bad Boy signee “lost his mind” and began mistreating everyone around him after he began earning a respectable income.

It Is What It Is responded by posting videos of Cam and Ma$e together with the comment, “There’s no better feeling than laughing about past arguments. This is what happiness and making a lot of money together look like. We’re here now and have pushed it to the limit, so there’s no need to dwell on the past.
Jones hasn’t spoken to any of the men personally since the Q&A was made public, even though 50 Cent also addressed remarks made against him and Cam during the interview. He did, however, repost a message from a colleague who says they witnessed Cam’ron permit eight men from Brooklyn to jump Jim Jones in Harlem, which may help to explain a lot of the conflict amongst the Dipset members.
