A lawsuit says that Skip Bayless offered a hairstylist $1.5 million for sex and that Joy Taylor had an affair with an executive to move up in her career

A recent complaint claims sexual harassment, retaliation, and workplace misconduct against Fox Sports, Skip Bayless, Joy Taylor, and others.

A woman called Noushin Faraji, an on-set hairdresser at Fox, made a shocking report, which Front Office Sports revealed over the weekend. She claims that during her employment from 2012 until August 2024, she committed many acts of workplace misconduct.

Faraji is seeking class-action status for additional workers who could have been affected by the alleged misbehavior, according to Front Office Sports.

According to the lawsuit, “Fox retaliated against Ms. Faraji and others who came forward to report the wrongdoing instead of addressing their concerns, while the perpetrators and those who protected them were inexplicitly promoted.”

Faraji claims in the complaint that Skip Bayless offered her $1.5 million for sex, but she resisted by citing nearby cameras and potential ovarian cancer.

In an encounter that took place about a week later, she claims that Skip disregarded her and that the sexual approaches persisted in pressuring her to accept his offer.

About a week later, Mr. Bayless approached Ms. Faraji once more. “Skip, stop, you have a wife,” said Ms. Faraji. In response, Mr. Bayless said, “Aren’t you Muslim? Your dad had three or four wives, right? According to the lawsuit, Ms. Faraji replied that her father had passed away, and when Mr. Bayless appeared surprised, she used this as an excuse to go.

Fox Sports personality Joy Taylor is also at the center of the case, as Faraji alleges she played a key role in the harassment at work. Faraji claims that after having a sexual encounter with Taylor, Fox Sports executive Charlie Dixon used his position to promote her on TV.

Furthermore, according to Faraji, the CEO started “rubbing her body and grabbing her buttocks” without her consent during a birthday celebration for Joy. She reportedly told Taylor to “get over it” after telling her about the event before standing up for Dixon.

Faraji further claims that Taylor said that Dixon was the only reason they had a job before reminding her of his ability to take “both away.”

The complaint also alleges that Taylor had an affair with Emmanuel Acho, another sports commentator.

The lawsuit claims that Taylor was able to get a more prominent position and more possibilities at the network as a result of both alleged connections.

The lawsuit claims that there was strategic coordination for the harassment that culminated in Bayless’s departure.

Additionally, according to the lawsuit, Faraji and Taylor’s friendship terminated in 2021. According to reports, Taylor started making fun of Faraji’s Persian ancestry before asking for a “black hairstylist,” which put a stop to their collaboration. According to the lawsuit, the network retained Faraji in order to “please” Bayless until Undisputed was terminated in August 2024.

Dixon alleges that the cancelation was retaliatory because she was told the network could “only afford to have one hairdresser” for three episodes.

According to the complaint, “Ms. Faraji seeks justice at this point.” She is aware that Mr. Dixon coerced women into having sex with him by using his position of authority, and he used this as an excuse to harass Ms. Faraji. She is aware that after Ms. Taylor and Ms. Faraji had a falling out, Mr. Dixon did not terminate her right away in order to placate Mr. Bayless by giving him a plaything.

Fox Sports chose to go with “no further comment at this time” rather than issue a formal statement to Front Office Sports. Faraji is requesting injunctive relief to stop others from engaging in similar behavior, as well as specific damages for mental anguish and labor law breaches.
