Liverpool is “confident” that Salah’s future will be secured

The English football media has reported that Liverpool has reportedly started contract talks with Mohamed Salah in response to the Saudi Pro League’s megamoney interest.

Even though Salah was still a prolific goal scorer for the Reds last season, his contract status was one of the main topics of discussion in European football.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano recently said that Liverpool plans to retain Salah at the club, with Al-Ittihad keeping an eye on his most recent developments.

“Liverpool continues to negotiate with Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk as well,” Romano told Caught offside.

Although there hasn’t been any progress in negotiations, Liverpool remains firm in their belief that they can work things out with Salah and Van Dijk.

“So, they still have work to do on those deals.”
