The South Sudan FA has approved four more clubs to join the Premier League

At the South Sudan Football Association’s (SSFA) special meeting No. 13/2024, the Board of Directors decided to authorize the admission of four more clubs to the South Sudan Premier League, provided that they match the established requirements.

The league now includes the 10 previously announced teams in addition to the following clubs: 1. FC Jamus Juba2. City of Bentiu FC3. FC Juba Kator 4. Aweil Wajuma FC

This choice is in line with the SSFA’s mission to grow the league and encourage competitive football nationwide.

The Board also formally announces that the Premier League will begin on December 23, 2024, with the Premier League Launch and Fixtures Release Ceremony taking place on December 21.

All teams are encouraged to complete their preparations and follow the competition’s rules and regulations.
