Al Michaels, 80, is anticipated to rejoin Amazon in 2025

According to a Wednesday report by The Athletic, broadcaster Al Michaels will be back in Amazon Prime Video’s NFL booth for another season.

According to reports, Michaels, 80, is now in the last season of a three-year contract that pays him over $15 million annually.

In addition to last month’s Black Friday game, Prime Video will stream the NFL’s first playoff game this season and hosts its Thursday night games.

The study states that going ahead, Michaels’ relationship with Amazon will be evaluated year by year. He will know when it’s time to retire, according to the “Miracle on Ice” sportscaster.

The play-by-play voice of NBC Sports’ “Sunday Night Football” from 2006–21 and ABC’s “Monday Night Football” from 1986–2005 was Michaels.
