DAZN is the 2025 Club World Cup’s worldwide broadcaster
FIFA announced on Wednesday that DAZN, a sports streaming service, will be the only worldwide broadcaster of the 32-team 2025 Club World Cup.
The sports-streaming company, which broadcasts the Serie A in Italy, the La Liga in Spain, the Bundesliga in Germany, and the Ligue 1 in France, announced that all 63 games in the tournament that will take place in the United States from June 15 to July 13 will be publicly accessible.
In a statement, DAZN CEO Shay Segev said, “This historic agreement with FIFA is a significant milestone in DAZN’s journey to be the ultimate entertainment platform of choice for sports fans everywhere.”
“We’re delighted to have the exclusive rights to this new chapter in global club football.”
Since starting the media rights tender process in July, the event has been looking for a broadcast partner for a long time. On Thursday, the draw is set to happen in Miami.
