Salah questions Liverpool’s future and says more about himself than about the team

Mohamed Salah, Liverpool’s star player, says he is “more out than in” at the Premier League winners because they haven’t made him a new deal yet.

The scorer from Egypt, whose contract ends at the end of the season, scored twice as Liverpool came back to beat Southampton 3-2 away on Sunday. This gave them a huge eight-point lead at the top of the table.

Fans of Liverpool who sang Salah’s name at St. Mary’s did not like what he said after the game, though.

“Well, it’s almost December, and I still haven’t heard from anyone giving me a job at the club.” “I think I’m more out than in,” Salah told reporters. This season, he has scored 10 goals and set up 6 others in the Premier League.

Salah talked to reporters before getting on the Liverpool team bus and said he was upset about what happened.

“The fans love me, and I love them, but I can’t change that.” “Let’s see what happens,” he said.

A sports source said that Liverpool and Salah’s agent were still talking and that things were going well.

Salah joined Liverpool in 2017 and has since become a cult hero at Anfield. In 262 Premier League games, he has scored 165 goals for the club.

So far this season, the 32-year-old looks like he is still very much at the top of his game.

“I act like a professional. Everyone can see how hard I work. Salah said, “I’m just trying to enjoy football, and I will play at the highest level for as long as I can.”

“I’m just giving it my all because that’s who I am and what I do for the club and myself.” We’ll see what comes next.”
