Judge mandates that Diddy accuser disclose her identity, failure to do so will result in dismissal of the rape lawsuit

A judge in New York has mandated that one of the accusers of Sean “Diddy” Combs disclose their identity; failure to do so will result in the dismissal of their lawsuit.

The judge issued a ruling, indicating that the individual claiming to be a victim had accused a well-known figure of sexual assault occurring 20 years prior, while using the pseudonym “Jane Doe.”

Jane Doe’s filing alleges that Sean “Diddy” Combs confined her and a friend in a room at the age of 19, threatening to kill them if they did not comply with his demand for oral sex.

The individual claiming to be a victim of Diddy is required to disclose her identity.

Page Six reports that Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil has determined that a woman who filed her lawsuit under the pseudonym “Jane Doe” is required to disclose her actual identity, or she may face the dismissal of her case against Diddy.

Vyskocil indicated that she recognizes the alleged victim’s desire to maintain her privacy due to the sensitive nature of the allegations and the possibility of public scrutiny regarding her personal life.

The judge observed that Jane Doe has made the decision as an adult “to initiate a lawsuit in which she alleges that a prominent individual engaged in egregious behavior nearly twenty years prior and, additionally, claims that several businesses were complicit in that purported conduct.”

The judge has determined that Doe “has not carried her burden to show that she is entitled to” anonymity and must refile her lawsuit under her real name by November 13.

Jane Doe has accused the rapper of committing rape against her when she was 19 years old.

The individual accusing Diddy, who has been mandated to disclose her identity, is represented by attorney Tony Buzbee, who concurrently represents 120 additional alleged victims.

Jane Doe filed a lawsuit against the rapper, asserting that she was 19 years old in 2004 and a college freshman at the time she was invited to a photo shoot for the promotion of “Da Band,” a group associated with Diddy’s label.

The woman stated that following the shoot, she and a friend who accompanied her received an invitation to Diddy’s hotel for a more exclusive gathering.

Upon arrival at the rapper’s hotel suite, the woman and her companion were escorted to a separate room by security personnel, who secured the door and stated, “You are aware of the purpose of your visit.”

Diddy subsequently entered the room occupied by college students, where he reportedly compelled them to consume alcohol and cocaine. He then instructed one of the women to engage in oral sex with him, threatening that failure to comply would result in both of their deaths.

The lawsuit, as reported by the New York Post, alleges that Diddy “fondled, molested and ultimately raped” the plaintiff “while she was begging him to stop.”

The female associate of the rapper managed to evade capture when a guard opened the door, while the plaintiff successfully exited the premises following Diddy’s departure from the room.

The lawsuits have resulted in the release of photographs by individuals claiming to be victims of Diddy.

Multiple photographs were submitted as evidence in the lawsuits initiated by Diddy’s accusers, illustrating the locations where they asserted the alleged abuse occurred.

Included in the filings were photographs of the rapper engaging in a drinking session with several guests.

The photograph was allegedly captured by one of Diddy’s male victims shortly before being escorted to a private room where he was subjected to fondling and groping by the music producer.

The identities of the other individuals in the image are not discernible, as nearly all have been obscured for unspecified reasons. Nonetheless, Diddy’s face remained unobscured, and he seemed to be directing a glare at the individual who captured the photograph.

A separate lawsuit included images of a small white plastic container resembling a test tube.

Court documents indicate that the unidentified item was utilized by the rapper’s personnel to introduce the date-rape drug GHB into the beverages of female participants at his notorious gatherings.

Buzbee, the attorney representing 120 accusers of Diddy, has faced criticism from the rapper’s legal team regarding the allegations, which they have described as “reckless” and “defamatory.”

“Attorney Erica Wolff stated to Page Six that, as highlighted by Mr. Combs’ legal team, he is unable to respond to every unfounded allegation in what has evolved into a chaotic media spectacle.”

“Mr. Combs strongly and unequivocally rejects any allegations of sexual abuse, including those involving minors, as false and defamatory,” Wolff stated. “He anticipates the opportunity to demonstrate his innocence and seek vindication in court, contingent upon the filing and serving of claims, where the truth will be determined through evidence rather than speculation.”

The rapper has consistently asserted his innocence.

Diddy was apprehended on September 16 in New York following a grand jury indictment. He faces charges related to sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for the purpose of engaging in prostitution.

He is presently incarcerated at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center and has been denied bail on several occasions since his arrest, as authorities assess him to be a flight risk.

Diddy asserts his innocence and has indicated a lack of interest in accepting any plea deal that may be offered to him.

According to Marc Agnifilo, attorney for Diddy, “The decision rests with Mr. Combs, and I do not anticipate any developments, as he maintains his innocence,” as reported to TMZ. “Furthermore, he asserts the necessity of advocating not only for his own interests but also for his family and for all individuals who have been targeted by the federal government.”

He perceives a responsibility towards those individuals to express, ‘Perhaps I can disrupt the existing model.’ Agnifilo stated, “Perhaps I can demonstrate that a Black man can achieve success in federal court.” “It is likely that he is the sole individual I am aware of who possesses the capability to successfully achieve that objective.”
