Michelle Obama goes on the campaign trail with Kamala Harris and warns people to be careful of the “dangers” of Trump

In an angry speech, Michelle Obama stressed how important it is to vote to stop Donald Trump’s “dangers.”

Michelle Obama, who used to be First Lady, called on people to vote to protect the country from the “dangers” she sees in Donald Trump during her first campaign stop with Vice President Kamala Harris.

Obama talked about how close the election was in an emotional speech in Michigan, a key battleground state. He said it was “too close for comfort.”

At a different event in Michigan, Trump promised to bring the state’s auto industry back to life and met with Arab-American voters, who he thinks could “turn the election.”

Polls show that Harris has a slight edge over Trump in Michigan. The election is on November 5, which is only 10 days away. Ohio’s 15 electoral college votes could be very important, since President Joe Biden won the state by only 2.78%, or about 150,000 votes. In 2016, Trump barely beat Hillary Clinton by 0.23% in Michigan.

Obama spoke to a crowd of thousands at an event center in Kalamazoo and said that Trump was showing “erratic behavior” and “obvious mental decline.” She also said that a Trump government could hurt abortion rights, and she said that she had a “real fear” of what his re-election could mean for women’s health care.

Obama said, “I’m very worried that a lot of people are believing the lies of those who don’t care about us,” and he warned that “ugliness will touch all of our lives.”

Many supporters of abortion rights have said that laws that ban them put women’s lives at risk by keeping them from getting important medical care.

Harris agreed with Obama and spoke to voters from Generation Z by saying she understood why they might be “impatient” for change. Harris told her, “I see you and I see your power.”

Trump kept the campaign promises he made about immigration, energy, and the economy at his gathering in Novi. He spoke on stage with Mayor Bill Bazzi of Dearborn Heights and other Arab-American and Muslim leaders. “We are supporting Donald Trump because he promised to end the war in the Middle East and Ukraine,” Bazzi said. Killings must stop around the world, and I believe this man can make it happen.

Trump said he was sure that Arab-American votes in Michigan could make a big difference. The “Uncommitted” organization is based in the state and doesn’t support Harris because of how she is seen to stand on the Israel-Gaza conflict and her lack of support for a weapons ban.

Some people at the Kalamazoo Democratic rally said that they cared more about abortion rights and what they saw as Trump’s “undemocratic” values than about international problems. Kelly Landon, who lives in Michigan, said that her main goal was to make sure that women, including her female cousins, can “be safe and be in charge of their bodies” in the future. Landon cares more about women’s health and freedom than about other problems.
