Wendy Williams, who has been a detractor of Diddy for a long time, has finally spoken out about his arrest for sex trafficking, stating that it is about time

Wendy Williams is for the first time publicly discussing Sean “Diddy” Combs’ arrest, and the “How You Doinnnnn?” dignitary is not holding back.

Wendy Williams is discussing Diddy’s rapid descent from fame for the first time, mere weeks after the disgraced music magnate was apprehended. Combs was apprehended in New York City on Sept. 16 and indicted on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Additional alleged victims have continued to come forward to share their experiences.

Williams stated in an interview with DailyMail.com, “What is truly peculiar is that I have been informed by numerous individuals, ‘Wendy, you called it.'” “Including certain members of my family who have expressed the same sentiment.”

The former talk show host subsequently cited the surveillance video of the Bad Boy founder assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in a hotel in 2016 that was released by CNN in May.

“You are aware of my sentiments regarding that matter.” She stated that the apprehension of Combs was long overdue. “It was simply horrifying to witness this video on television of [Cassie] being beaten.”

She continued,

“However, you are now required to consider the number of additional instances.” What is the total number of individuals? What is the additional number of women? It’s simply so dreadful.”

Williams has been a vocal opponent of Diddy for an extended period of time. In 2015, Wendy discussed the power imbalance of Cassie courting the rapper during an episode of her talk show. This occurred in the wake of one of Ventura and Cassie’s numerous breakups, which ultimately led to their separation in 2018.

According to E! Online, Williams stated in the December 2015 episode, “My personal experience with dating a mogul is that it is exceedingly challenging to steer clear of them, as you never know when they will emerge.”

She continued to emphasize that, given his financial and political influence, it would be effortless for him to visit her, regardless of her level of interest.

Williams continued, “I am already paranoid, but the thought of someone actually swooping down on me in the middle of nothing would terrify me!”

Wendy was on to something, as we now all know.
