The young Dolph Killer Justin Johnson was given a life sentence and brags on social media about not snitching

After being convicted guilty of killing the Memphis rapper Young Dolph, the killer was given a life sentence on Thursday.

In Memphis, Tennessee, in 2021, Young Dolph was assassinated. Justice has been served in this case. Previous arrests in relation to the murder included Hernandez Govan, Cornelius Smith, and failed rapper Justin “StraightDrop” Johnson. Prosecutors presented an impeccable case with substantial evidence when the trial got underway this week.

Additionally, Goven and Smith provided a detailed account of what happened in their testimony against Johnson.

One of the biggest bombshells to come out of court was the revelation that Dolph was targeted for murder, with a $100K payment promised, by Yo Gotti’s brother Big Jook, who was killed in January. The claimed murderers spoke with Jook both prior to and right after the shooting, according to police evidence.

As previously reported, the so-called assassins for hire disclosed that, although promised six figures, they were paid only $800.

Johnson was convicted guilty of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and having a firearm while a felon, according to Rolling Stone. Johnson has been sentenced to life in prison.

Young Dolph’s Sister & Fiancé Respond To Justin Johnson’s Accused Verdict

Shortly after the verdict was revealed, young Dolph’s fiancée Mia Jaye commented on social media.

“I feel relieved and like I have more faith in the legal system now.” Mia Jaye stated that before expressing gratitude to the prosecutor, police, and “everyone involved for their diligent work” in obtaining the conviction. “We express our gratitude to the general public for supporting us and calling for responsibility during this procedure,” Jaye went on. “The past three years have been immensely frustrating, as evidenced by Adolph’s passing and the circumstances surrounding the trial. My faith has been put to the test, but Adolph’s sad death has just made me more determined to fight for all Black men, not just him. We will patiently assist the course of events as they unfold in our quest to bring Adolph complete justice. This is only the beginning of our journey.

Carlisa Brown, Dolph’s sister, also talked with Rolling Stone following the judgment, stating that Johnson’s murder conviction was “worth the wait.”

The fact that justice was served today makes me feel relieved. The healing process will be aided by the complete image of what transpired, as stated by Carlisa Brown, the sister of Young Dolph. Brown claims, “We weren’t fully informed, but we were reassured it was a strong case.” “Johnson’s conviction wasn’t shocking, given the evidence. The offender had to pay the price and receive what was justly due to them. The wait proved to be worthwhile.

Through the rapper’s IdaMae Family Foundation, Brown also affirmed that the family will keep supporting the local community.

“We must continue on our current path, carrying out his wishes,” Brown said. “I will carry on doing what he loved, which was giving back, as this three-year anniversary approaches.”

TheShadeRoom claims that Johnson used Instagram to boast about “not snitching” and to gain notoriety after being sentenced to life in prison.

“I’m not going to take no for an answer from these n***as about criminal responsibility; I’m going to take street responsibility instead. They can throw away the keys before I ever eat da cheese.”
