2024 CHAN: Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania have been chosen by the CAF to co-host CHAN

The 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN) will be held in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania, according to the Confederation of African Football (CAF).

The football governing body says that the East African countries will host the event every two years, from February 1st to February 28th, 2025.

The three teams automatically qualified for the event, but they will still play in the qualifiers. The winning team in the CECAFA qualifiers will also go to the final tournament.

The CHAN qualifiers will start with the first round, which will happen from October 25th to October 27th, 2024. The reverse matches will then happen from November 1st to November 13th, 2024.

The second round of the playoff series will take place between October 20th and 22nd and December 27th and 29th, 2024.
