Eve discloses her 2006 miscarriage in her memoir, “Who’s That Girl?”

Eve disclosed one of her most distressing experiences in her memoir, Who’s That Girl?, as she recounted her 2006 miscarriage.

At the time, she was in the process of filming her highly successful television program, Eve. Although the situation appeared to be going well from the outside, she was grappling with a traumatic experience that occurred behind the scenes.

Eve revealed that she discovered she was expectant while continuing to work on the program. This resulted in a medical emergency as a result of an ectopic pregnancy.

Following this, she disclosed that she underwent emergency surgery and took a two-week hiatus from filming. Instead of disclosing the genuine cause, she informed her colleagues that she had appendicitis.

She wrote in the memoir, “Perhaps because I was deceiving myself.” “If I were to experience the loss of my child, I was uncertain whether two weeks would be sufficient to permit emotional recovery.” In the end, the time I had to recuperate physically was paltry, and I was immediately back on the set.

In addition, Eve disclosed that the operation had rendered her emotionally inert and physically exhausted. “I had experienced significant weight loss subsequent to the surgery, and my physical condition was exceedingly fragile. I continued to be required to walk red carpets during that period, and upon reviewing photographs, I can now discern my extreme leanness. Too thin. And she was in too much denial,” she wrote.

In spite of this, she persevered, asserting that she “did whatever it took to show up and complete the task, even if it was to my own detriment.”

Only years later did Eve ultimately permit herself to mourn the loss of her first child. Finally, Eve and her spouse, Maximillion Cooper, welcomed their son, Wilde Wolfe, in 2022.
