Jamie Foxx Attacks Accuser’s Second Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Jamie Foxx takes a stand on a second sexual assault case that the same accuser has filed.

Since he believes the accuser’s permission was obtained, the actor has requested that the newly refiled lawsuit be dismissed.

The complainant, whose identity is hidden, stated that she met Jamie Foxx in 2015 at an event when he forcedfully had sex with her and only stopped when her friend arrived.

No One Was Forced To Do Anything, According To Jamie Foxx

The 56-year-old asserted that although their relationship became intense and passionate, it did not occur without her permission. “To the extent [Jamie] engaged in any conduct as alleged in [Doe’s] [lawsuit], [Doe] consented to those acts,” said Foxx’s attorney.

In the words of the lawyer, “to the extent [Jamie] engaged in any conduct as alleged” in the case, “such conduct presented no serious risk of physical injury to [Doe].”

The actress went on to say that the woman had previously filed a virtually identical complaint in 2020, which In Touch said the court had rejected.

The plaintiff “waived the right to pursue her claims by reason of her own actions and course of conduct,” he said, adding that he was not responsible for any injuries the woman may have sustained.

The Accuser Recounted Her Conversation With Foxx

When Foxx and her friend met at Catch NYC & Roof in August 2015, the plaintiff claimed the actor was drunk and her friend asked if he would take a photo with her.

She said Foxx said she had a “supermodel body” and that she smelled nice. The actor is accused of groping her and placing his hand under her dress as they went to a private section of the club’s rooftop.

Then, according to reports, Foxx grabbed her breasts and inserted her finger into her anus and vagina, but he was stopped when her buddy round the corner.

For the grief, suffering, and emotional distress brought on by Foxx’s actions that evening, she sought payment in an amount not yet determined.

The Complainant pleaded to stay anonymous.

Because of the delicate nature of the case, the accuser also stated that she want to remain anonymous.

Due to Foxx’s well-known reputation, she acknowledged that she had “significant shock, shame, and embarrassment” after disclosing that she had sustained “psychological and emotional injuries” as a result of the assault.

It was difficult for her to come out and recount her experience, she said, adding, “This case has already been on every major news outlet and has caused me to fear for my safety given the fame of Defendant.”

According to her, the assault resulted in “depression, anxiety, lack of sleep, and distress,” and she would suffer further mental damage if the attack were made public.

The accused victim concluded her statement by highlighting her reluctance to make her identity public and consequently “bear the stigma that is associated with being a sexual assault victim.”

Within The Previously Filed Case

The Blast revealed in 2023 that the same accuser had filed the first sexual assault case at the same site and in the same year (2015).

She said the drunken actor had taken her by the arm into the back of the theater and told her she looked like Gabrielle Union in the first lawsuit.

She said the actor placed his hands beneath her top, similar to the details in the second case. But even though she attempted to put an end to the behavior and leave, she was unable to do so because a security guard and several bystanders who witnessed them chose not to step in.

The woman filed a 2023 lawsuit seeking punitive and compensatory damages against Foxx, the event venue, and its staff. She clarified that the injuries she received during the interaction with the singer required medical attention.

The lawsuit follows Jamie Foxx’s admission to the hospital.

Months after Foxx’s most trying time in life—which included weeks spent in the hospital—the sexual assault case was brought. The 56-year-old reportedly told The Blast that on April 11, 2023, he had a “bad headache” and asked for Advil to ease the pain.

Twenty days later, the next thing he recalled was opening his eyes and having no memory of anything that had happened before. He revealed that he was in Atlanta, as his sister and daughter had driven him to see the first physician.

The actor continued, saying he chose to keep quiet about the incident because he wanted his followers to remember him as the joyful Foxx they have known their entire lives.

“I just didn’t want you to see me with tubes running out of me and trying to figure out if I was going to make it through,” said the “Django Unchained” character. He refuted allegations that the condition was causing him to lose his motor skills as well and said he was headed back to full health.

Will the most recent lawsuit succeed, or will it too be dismissed? We’ll find out in due course.
