Tupac Shakur’s family plans to sue Diddy over the alleged $1 million hit on the rapper

After allegations that Sean “Diddy” Combs was involved in the late musician Tupac Shakur’s murder have surfaced anew, the artist’s family may decide to sue Combs.

They have reportedly hired attorneys and investigators to verify the veracity of the allegations.

Despite the renewed allegations, Diddy is not currently being investigated as a suspect in the murder.

Tupac Shakur’s family has employed attorneys and detectives to validate the murder allegation.

Keefe D, the final living suspect in Tupac’s death, was taken into custody and charged in September of last year.

His latest attempt to post bail was unsuccessful, but it brought to light earlier allegations that troubled music tycoon Diddy may have been complicit in Tupac’s murder.

Tupac’s family has reportedly recruited attorneys and detectives to look into the claims, indicating that they have taken notice of them.

According to TMZ, they intend to “dig up any potential evidence that exists to corroborate it” throughout the investigation and may take legal action if proof of the allegations is discovered.

The publication claims that the newly recruited group is “confident they will surface potential evidence, including more legal docs.”

They plan to provide this information to the police in the event that it occurs so they can pursue potential criminal charges.

According to rumors, Diddy offered $1 million to have Tupac Shakur killed.

In a 2009 police interview, Keefe D stated that Diddy gave a million dollars to high-level drug dealer Eric Von Martin in order to have Shakur killed. Diddy’s name surfaced 77 times in a petition used to deny him bail, and these remarks were mentioned.

According to one of the citations, Diddy allegedly offered to pay for the killing as payback for Marion “Suge” Knight, a record executive who was later convicted.

Shakur signed a record deal with Death Row Records in the later stages of his career, where Knight served as CEO and co-founder. He was in the car with Shakur at the time of the drive-by shooting.

In his 2009 interview, Keefe D was asked by the police, “Puffy Combs…does he play a role in this thing?” according to the News Chronicle. Davis had answered at the time, “Yeah, I think he did.”

Diddy is still not regarded as a suspect in spite of the resurrected charges, and it’s uncertain if this will change.

Diddy Is Accused of Sexual Assault in Several Cases

In addition to Diddy’s purported involvement in Tupac’s demise, the music mogul faces additional legal issues.

More than six women have sued the record label executive for sexual assault in the last few months.

These lawsuits seem to have been prompted by a related case that Diddy’s former girlfriend, Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, filed last year and that they quickly settled.

One of the women suing Diddy, former model Crystal McKinney, allegedly told TMZ that she had met him at his recording studio in New York.

There, the rapper is said to have forced her to have oral sex with him, kissed her against her will, and provided her marijuana that was laced.

In her case, April Lampros, a different woman, claimed that between 1995 and 2001, she had more than four scary sexual encounters with Diddy.

She further stated that during one of these encounters, Combs forced her to take ecstasy, and that she was raped in at least three of these instances.

Attorney for Music Mogul Claims Client Is Not at Fault

Attorney Jonathan Davis for Combs has maintained his client’s innocence in reaction to the latest allegations of sexual assault and any more ones that may come forth.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone,” he told People magazine.

“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and without any proof,” Davis stated. “Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail against these and other baseless claims in court.”

Grand juries could hear testimony from Diddy’s accusers.

Following the flurry of recent allegations, the Daily Mail reports that the Department of Justice is getting ready to file a criminal prosecution against Diddy.

His accusers have been informed that they may be called to testify against him, and it is said that a grand jury has been appointed to hear evidence against him.

Weeks after they raided his properties in Miami and Los Angeles, Homeland Security officials are allegedly still gathering evidence because they want their case against him to be “bulletproof”.

Diddy’s attorney revealed that the artist has declined to comment on the accusations and legal actions leveled against him. They further stated that they “have confidence any important issues will be addressed in the proper forum, where the rules distinguish facts from fiction,” and that they are “aware that the proper authorities are conducting a thorough investigation.”
