Ryan Garcia says he’s going to rehab after a racist outburst on Twitter

Ryan Garcia says he is sorry for his racist outbursts during the week and that he is seeking assistance.

As part of a string of tweets on Friday, Garcia stated, “I take full responsibility for my words.” “I apologize to everyone I offended.”

Garcia has admitted to heavy drinking; nevertheless, it is unclear for what reason he is receiving treatment. In addition, there have been whispers that Garcia may have used cocaine, a claim that Garcia has refuted. Garcia used the occasion of declaring his course of therapy to criticize the World Boxing Council. Mauricio Sulaimán, the president of the organization, dismissed him for life due to his deplorable words directed towards Black people and his frequent use of the N-word. Garcia claims some of his fellow boxers are bigots who get away with it because he feels like he is being singled out.

“WBC, a great deal of other individuals have made racist remarks, yet you have never been expelled. I’m banished for good. “It’s alright, just don’t try to work with me ever again, even if I become clean and sober,” he said. “The issue is that Tim Bradley and NADA, as well as Devin, have both made racial remarks. You take no action.

He made claims, to which the WBC has not replied. But it seems like they’re sticking to their guns to keep Garcia at bay. The fighter responded to criticism of his profanity during the week by saying that his upbringing made it okay for him to use the N-word.

“Everyone in the neighborhood has used the N-word.” And everybody is aware of it,” said a subsequent tweet.

Whatever the real extent of Garcia’s problems, most of social media does not seem to have forgiven him, and many have asked for his indefinite suspension.
