Before the upcoming season, Yanga SC promises “great signings”

The Premier League champions Yaoung Africans (Yanga SC) plan to add a number of key players to their roster as the transfer window started on June 15.

The team’s offensive and defense are being strengthened in preparation for the upcoming season under the direction of head coach Miguel Gamondi.

After winning the 2023–24 Premier League, Yanga is getting ready to play in the CAF Champions League as a representative of Tanzania. Azam FC, a wealthy club in Tanzania, will compete with them in this continental league.

The information officer for Young Africans, Ally Kamwe, recognized the tremendous work needed to assemble a world-class squad that could contend at the greatest levels. As cited by the Guardian, Kamwe said, “We will make great signings.”

“We understand that having a great team is essential to being the best. anything that is receiving a lot of attention. We want to make sure we are strong for the upcoming season, so everything is according to the work plan. The more people that believe in us, the more successful we will be,” he continued.

The team knows exactly what it wants to accomplish in the next season: maintain its dominant position in the Premier League and make more progress in the CAF Champions League.

They made it to the quarterfinals of the previous season before the fearsome Mamelodi Sundowns defeated them. They hope to improve on that performance and advance farther in the competition this year.
