Rick Ross is working hard to support entrepreneurs who are underprivileged.
The 48-year-old music tycoon and hip-hop behemoth is teaming up with Julien’s Auctions to put his rare sneakers, designer clothing, music memorabilia, and other valuable items up for sale. All proceeds will go to a worthy charity.
The Boss Up Grant is a program that assists marginalized entrepreneurs who lack access to cheap credit and financing. The proceeds from the Push It to the Limit–Luxury & Lifestyle: A Rick Ross Auction will go toward supporting this initiative.
Michael Jackson memorabilia and 300 rare sneakers, including over 150 pairs of Air Jordans, are up for auction.
The bidding opens on June 25 at 10 a.m. Pacific Time.
You can place a bid over the phone at 310-836-1818, in person in Los Angeles, or online at Julien’s Auctions.
A sealed ONE by Cirque du Soleil light-up glove, a sealed Bad 25th anniversary vinyl, and an 1866 William Knabe & Co. grand piano with a Thriller album theme are among the items belonging to Michael Jackson.
Designers like Gucci, Stefano Ricci, Dolce & Gabbana, and Versace offer menswear and fashion goods, some of which Ross has worn in music videos and TV appearances.
The sneakers feature Air Jordans (Retro University of Michigan PE and 5 Retro Fab Five versions), Nike Air Max 90, and collaborations with Virgil Abloh.
The artwork is from modern and street artists such Christian Weber, Franky Cardona, Picasso Blac, Bankrupt, Jon Moody, and Waldemar Swierzy.
A 24-carat gold-plated Bengal tiger skull, drinking goblets, handwritten lyrics, and lion sculptures are among the other striking items up for auction.
