Nicole Brown Simpson was certain that O.J. would eventually kill her
On June 12, 1994, Nicole Brown Simpson was murdered. In Brentwood, California, she and her companion Ron Goldman were discovered fatally murdered outside her condominium.
Before being charged with a crime and being taken into custody, O.J. Simpson led authorities on a nationally broadcast, low-speed vehicle pursuit.
Nicole Brown Simpson knew “for a fact” that O.J. Simpson would kill her “one day,” according to a veteran LAPD officer.
It has been stated that O.J. Simpson verbally abused Nicole Brown Simpson. Nicole’s diary entries and testimonials from friends and family are among the many sources that detail multiple incidents of verbal abuse.
During the 1995 murder trial, Denise Brown, Nicole’s sister, testified that O.J. regularly chastised Nicole, using disparaging language and slurs. According to PEOPLE Magazine, Nicole’s diary also detailed instances in which O.J. humiliated and called her names, which added to the pattern of abuse that included physical assault.
Nicole Brown Simpson and her companion Ron Goldman were viciously attacked on June 12, 1994. When she passed away, she was 35 years old.
O.J. Simpson was expected to turn himself in to the police after being charged with the murders, but he did not show up. Simpson was seen later that day in his friend Al Cowlings’ white Ford Bronco.
The two hours or so that the chase lasted were covered live on television.
In “The Life & Murder of Nicole Brown Simpson,” episode two, Los Angeles police officer Spencer Marks stated, “[Nicole] told me there had been ongoing problems and then she said ‘I know for a fact he’s going to murder me one day,'” as reported by PEOPLE Magazine.
After Nicole contacted 911 after an altercation with O.J., who had witnessed her and the man she was dating at the time kissing on the couch, Marks was the first police officer to arrive on the scene.
Marks went on, “I was kind of surprised by that.” How can we stop him from killing you if you know he will do so eventually? You must not come into contact with him. She said, “Well, you know, we’re trying to work on things,” sort of “poo-pooing” it. Thus, it’s necessary that we take this action.
According to LAPD investigator John Edwards, a witness for the prosecution in O.J.’s case, Nicole Brown Simpson “collapsed and started yelling, ‘He’s going to kill me, he’s going to kill me.'” This was not the first instance in which she was reportedly hinting that O.J. would kill her.
He further stated in his testimony that she had a black eye, a swollen right forehead, an inch-long cut on her upper lip, and a handprint on her throat.
O.J. Simpson was ultimately found not guilty of the 1995 killings, but in 1997, a civil case brought by the families of the victims resulted in an order for him to pay $33 million.
In 2007, he was put on trial once more for twelve felonies, which included armed robbery and kidnapping. He was found guilty and given a sentence of up to 33 years in jail, exactly thirteen years to the day after he was declared not guilty in the double murder trial.
O.J. Simpson Dysing
The Simpson family revealed on Thursday, April 11, 2024, that O.J. Simpson had gone away on April 10, 2024, as The Blast had previously reported. The family said, “He was surrounded by his children and grandchildren.” “During this time of transition, his family asks that you please respect their wishes for privacy and grace.”
The Blast revealed earlier this year that O.J. was receiving chemotherapy after being diagnosed with prostate cancer.
Nearly all cases of prostate cancer are adenocarcinomas, according to The American Cancer Society. The prostate’s gland cells, which produce the fluid that’s added to semen, are the source of these tumors. Prostate cancers other than small cell carcinoma (small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma) can also originate there.”
Nicole’s sisters described their grief at his passing to PEOPLE Magazine, saying, “It’s very complicated.”
Nicole’s 54-year-old sister stated, “This is a person who’s been in our life for a very long time, who wreaked havoc on our family.” “It’s like the end of a chapter,”
