“Snowflake” Donald Trump is dragged by Whoopi Goldberg after he claims that “nobody” wants her
In response to Donald Trump’s remarks regarding a meme purporting that Whoopi Goldberg is moving to Canada, the actress has responded. On Truth Social, Trump disparaged Goldberg by saying that no one wants her, not even Canada.
The Oscar winner responded by calling Trump a “snowflake” and reiterating her commitment to staying put. Following Goldberg’s earlier criticism of the former president for a contentious remark he made regarding “anti-white feeling” in America, their exchanges are well recorded.
In response to a derogatory remark made by Trump about her, the 68-year-old comic hinted that she wasn’t wanted anyplace.
The former president shared a picture on the Truth Social site featuring an altered photo of Goldberg with the message, “I’m moving to Canada for sure this time!” just hours before his New York hush money trial began again on Monday.
Deadline reports that Trump added, “Canada doesn’t want you Whoopi, NOBODY DOES!!!” as the caption for the photo.
The “The View” co-host said she was “a little agitated” over the whole thing during a hot issues discussion on Trump. She went on to call Trump “you know who” and a “snowflake.”
“You know what I’m a little agitated about?” “That guy has something to say to me; he saw a meme that said I was leaving the country,” Goldberg remarked. People frequently come across these absurd memes that declare, “If he enters the country, I’m going to leave.” Someone else made proposals for my replacement after I announced my departure.”
She went on, “Look, I’m not going anywhere.” Furthermore, it’s not for the reason you believe it is, you tiny snowflake. He claimed that no one was interested in me. You know what, honey, it wouldn’t matter if nobody wanted me here. I’ve got a contract, so I know where I’ll be spending the next few years—where people want me to be.”
Trump and Goldberg have a well-known back and forth because she consistently challenges him when he says anything provocative.
In an interview with Time Magazine, Trump said that there is “definitely anti-white feeling in this country” and that the Biden administration is “sort of against anybody depending on certain views.”
Goldberg attacked the multibillionaire lawmaker, pointing out some obstacles he was spared from facing only because of the color of his skin.
“No one in your household was hanged. Not a single member of your family was targeted due to the color of their skin. Dare you? This is not an anti-white situation, according to Goldberg. “You are perpetrating [sic] anti-humanist issues here.”
In addition, Goldberg doesn’t hesitate to confront audience members who she deems to be acting inappropriately.
She recently interrupted the program, according to Deadline, to correct an audience member who was using a cellphone to record the show’s procedures.
“Hold on a second,” Goldberg approached him with a firm demeanor. “I can see you, therefore I have to stop you with the camera. Please, don’t take it out again. That would be really appreciated. I’m grateful.
During a discussion of Trump’s legal issues, her co-hosts on the show, Sara Haines, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, and Alyssa Farah Griffin, were obviously perplexed by the interruption.
“What was he doing?” When Behar questioned, Haines said, “Recording.”
Goldberg recently revealed in her memoir, “Bits and Pieces: My Mother, My Brother, and Me,” her past battles with substance misuse prior to her rise to fame.
As stated by Page Six, “I had stayed pretty far away from drugs, except for pot, after getting cleaned up in the early 70s,” the Oscar winner stated.
“I was invited to parties where I was greeted at the door with a bowl of Quaaludes from which I could pick what I wanted,” Goldberg recalled. “Lines of cocaine were laid across tables and bathroom counters for the taking.”
She continued by saying that she carried out that activity for around a year without any issues because she could conceal it and carry on with her career.
Shortly afterward, she started experiencing hallucinations and seeing things, as if cocaine “started to kick [her] a-s”.
Goldberg described the terrifying depths of her cocaine addiction in her biography. She gave a detailed account of her hallucinations, which included seeing a frightening monster under her bed and immobilizing herself for a full day out of terror.
Goldberg revealed, “I stayed in bed for twenty-four hours.” “Such shit doesn’t turn out well. A person can only contain their bladder for so long.
The actress revealed that when her addiction worsened, she had a “slap in the face moment” in a Manhattan hotel room when a shocked cleaner found her using drugs in a closet.
Goldberg claimed that she saw her reflection in the mirror covered in cocaine when she got up to tell the housekeeper that it was her room.
Following the event, the comedian declared her intention to overcome her drug addiction and expressed gratitude for being “able to stop using drugs quickly.”
“I knew I’d have to change out my friends and turn down invitations, but I could do that,” she wrote in her letter. “I didn’t want to die.”
