Family of Bianca Censori In Legal Battle Due To Uncle’s Connection To Suspected Pedophile

Bianca Censori, the wife of Kanye West, is allegedly embroiled in yet another legal battle since her uncle could receive a life sentence.

Eris Censori, Bianca’s uncle, was facing a jail sentence after a 2020 police raid discovered him living with a suspected pedophile. Now, he has come forward with a statement accusing the police of wrongdoing and claiming he was beaten and made fun of.

After it was discovered during a Victoria police raid in September 2020 that Bianca’s uncle was living with a suspected pedophile, he ran the prospect of being sent back to prison, according to the DailyMail.

His housemate’s cell phone was discovered in the bust, and it was purportedly filled with materials about child sexual abuse.

Eris was exonerated of all accusations, but he has now filed a statement of claim with the Supreme Court against the State of Victoria, claiming that the raid was carried out “through misfeasance and in the absence of facts.”

His decent character was “defamed” by the arrest, he said, and it “caused him to suffer public ridicule, shame and scorn.”

He stated that he intended to collect records that would help substantiate his case against the government when he appeared in court through his attorney, Victor Andreou. June is the new date set for the lawsuit.

In the court filings, Bianca’s uncle claimed that while seeming to be looking into a suspected fraud against the Bank of Queensland, the police obtained the search warrant by using a smoke screen case of a Brunswick home he sold.

The news source claims that he was living in Bulleen, northeast of Melbourne, with two other males when he was taken into custody.

“(Censori) was in his bedroom, which had a window view of the front courtyard, when he noticed the gate open and an accompaniment of six large men entered all armed with handguns,” the papers stated.

“(He) thought right away that the people in the accompaniment were Victoria Police officers. He was anxious at the prospect “In the statement, he went on.

When the police claimed that he had used fraud funds to purchase the Brunswick property he sold, he responded by saying that everything appeared to be a “mistake,” as he was the “vendor” and had not raised “any money with any bank.”

The papers said, “Towards the completion of the search, (Censori) was shown a mobile phone retrieved from the bedroom of another occupant and asked questions about the occupier of the said bedroom and contents of the mobile phone.”

Eris, who is now Tony Campana, said in another part of his statement that he wasn’t close to his alleged roommate who was a pedophile.

The main investigator, he said, seemed to be threatening him because of his prior murder conviction, saying he knew Eris had done a long jail sentence and continued to report to the parole board more than 20 years after his release.

“Any criminal charges, even the allegation of being involved in crime, could result in a breach of parole, resulting in me being returned to prison and ultimately deported,” he said.

After being handcuffed and escorted in front of his neighbors, he was taken away by police to the station to respond to inquiries.

His suspected roommate informed him of his arrest and made an effort to clarify the circumstances when he got back home.

“When Mohamed attempted to explain why he had the picture on his phone, (Censori) just said, ‘Don’t tell me. “I would prefer not to know,” the documents stated.

He went on to describe how, after just a week, he was referred to the Adult Parole Board’s Full Board, who “determined not to return the plaintiff to prison for breach of parole” but issued a warning that any “further incident would result in his parole cancellation and him being returned to prison.”

According to reports, he informed them that he was not in a relationship with his roommate and was unaware of the contents of the phone.

According to the DailyMail, Eris was previously given the death penalty for the 1980s murder of waiter Michael Sideris, so his run-in with the law is not unprecedented. After Western Australia abolished the death penalty in 1984, he was released.

Following a police raid on his home, his brother Leo, who is Bianca’s father, was also caught in possession of heroin, a prohibited material, and was sentenced to prison in 1982.

As to the news site, Leo completed two years of his five-year jail sentence for his heroin charges and was found guilty of possessing a weapon and ammo.

Edmondo, also known as “Eddie Capone,” their older brother, is facing accusations related to theft, police assault, violence, and threats.
