Gardner’s body arrived in Rombo for burial

Gardner died on April 20, 2024 at the Jakaya Kikwete Heart Institute (JKCI) where he was admitted suffering from high blood pressure.

Rombo: Hundreds of mourners including journalists, broadcasters, artists from different parts of the country have joined the people of Rombo district to say goodbye to the former Clouds presenter, Gardner Habash who will be buried today in his village Kikelelwa, Tarakea Motamburu ward, in this district.
Gardner’s body has arrived at their home today, April 23, 2024 for burial procedures that will be held in Kikelua Village.
Gardner died on April 20, 2024, at the Jakaya Kikwete Heart Institute (JKCI) where he was admitted suffering from high blood pressure.

Various government leaders are attending the funeral, including the Minister of Education, Science and Technology, Professor Adolf Mkenda.
The body after being brought to their home and farewelled by family members will be taken to the grounds of Kikelelwa Primary School for farewell procedures and then returned home for burial.
