Mpina wants a commission to be formed to investigate the death of the former President of the fifth phase of Tanzania, Dr. Magufuli

Member of Parliament for Kisesa, Luhaga Mpina has advised Parliament to form an Independent Commission to investigate the controversial death of the former President of the Fifth Phase of Tanzania, the late John Magufuli, which occurred on March 17, 2021.

“After listening to the information of the retired Chief of Staff, General Venance Mabeyo, I am persuading my fellow Members of Parliament to allow the creation of an Independent Commission to investigate the controversy surrounding the death of Dr. John Magufuli in order to do justice to him.

“The commission will also identify people who refused the swearing in of Samia Suluhu Hassan as the President of Tanzania when it was a constitutional requirement,” said Mpina.
